A habit is a behaviour that becomes automatic through repetition โ it runs on autopilot, using almost no willpower. Habit stacking means linking habits together in a daily sequence so each one triggers the next. The order matters: morning habits compound differently than evening ones. Build the right stack and your whole day runs on purpose, not impulse.
How to Play โ Step by Step

Look at the NEXT HABIT panel on the right โ it shows the habit you need to catch right now, highlighted in orange.

Use โ โ arrow keys to move your brain character left and right under the correct falling block.

When the correct block reaches you, it lands on your stack automatically. Wrong blocks bounce off โ only the right habit lands.

Red faded blocks are bad habits โ move away from them. If they land on your stack they destroy your top habit.

Build all 5 habits in order to complete one routine. Complete 3 full routines to win.
