A belief is a conviction you hold that something is true โ whether or not it actually is. Limiting beliefs quietly hold you back: "I'm not smart enough," "It's too late for me." Mental fitness means challenging each limiting belief, finding evidence against it, and consciously replacing it with an empowering one. Every belief you break opens a new door.
How to Play

RED blocks are limiting beliefs drifting toward you โ shoot them before they take hold.

Use โ โ arrow keys to move. Press SPACE to fire your truth beam upward.

Shoot a belief enough times (watch the HP bar) to shatter it โ an empowering belief replaces it.
